Why does Copilot's conversation style option leave only "more Balanced" ? Where have "more Creative" and "more Precise" gone ?

I understand you're having issues with the Copilot Edge Sidebar, specifically with the missing "More Creative" and "More Precise" conversation style options. I'm here to help you out.

There's no widespread report about the issue, but it's possible it hasn't been widely reported yet.

I already submitted feedback about the issue earlier today, and I recommend you do the same by clicking the menu icon (3 dots) at the top of the Copilot Edge Sidebar and selecting "Send feedback."

In the meantime, here’s a solution that worked for me "Reset Microsoft Edge":
> Open Microsoft Edge and press Alt + F keys, then click on "Settings."
> Click on "Reset settings" and then select "Restore settings to their default values."
> Click "Reset" and restart Microsoft Edge.
> Sign in you Microsoft account and check again the Copilot Edge Sidebar.

John I think you should make a video will be really helpful to make a video on how to fix the CoPilot missing "More Creative" and "More Precise" conversation style options because I follow every step and it still doesn't work I think a video will be better, please.

Hi John, thanks for replying. I have reported the issue twice over the last month or 2 and I have noticed that it is being more widely mentioned now. Therefore, I'd love an official update or response to my report. At first, I couldn't find any reports at all, but over the last week or so, I've started finding more people talking about it.

The thing that worked for me was changing my location to US, rather than UK. Hopefully, there won't be any downstream issues because of that! I'd already tried the other solution of resetting my settings etc, but that didn't work.

I'm so grateful for this community as it's saved me a lot of time by being able to sort out the problem. I can't thank everyone enough.

I noticed that Microsoft may be limiting this feature to those who subscribe to Copilot Pro. I just got a free trial for Copilot Pro and the three conversation styles, CReative, Balanced and Precised are now available. Not sure why they did this.
