Hi Sean, I am John J.D., a fellow Microsoft user like you.

I understand you're having issues with the Copilot Edge Sidebar, specifically with the missing "More Creative" and "More Precise" conversation style options. I'm here to help you out.

There's no widespread report about the issue, but it's possible it hasn't been widely reported yet.

I already submitted feedback about the issue earlier today, and I recommend you do the same by clicking the menu icon (3 dots) at the top of the Copilot Edge Sidebar and selecting "Send feedback."

In the meantime, here’s a solution that worked for me "Reset Microsoft Edge":

> Open Microsoft Edge and press Alt + F keys, then click on "Settings."

> Click on "Reset settings" and then select "Restore settings to their default values."

> Click "Reset" and restart Microsoft Edge.

> Sign in you Microsoft account and check again the Copilot Edge Sidebar.

    I've done this twice and it still doesn't work. I don't suppose you have any other advice do you (or anyone else) please? I always used the creative option and I'm finding its output pretty useless now. Thanks so much.

    This is getting more ridiculous here. The "resetting" part that John offers no longer works and seems to spread throughout other users. This means nothing we can do but to only use More Balanced mode for chatting, as if Microsoft Copilot had mysteriously updated or what?
