My organization provides Microsoft Copilot for our use and it has been working great for months. however on Friday for some reason it started giving me a 'Coming Soon' screen. I thought it was temporary and left it alone, restarted my computer and came back today (Monday) and it's still broken. Please help.

I'm at a higher education institution. We just went through this and our engineer was able to find the problem for us. When they changed to the EDP, there is a setting that has to be changed because Gov Cloud and Students under 18 are not eligible.

    https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/MicrosoftSearch/configurations

Under Microsoft Search in Bing for work or school, select Change.

We had to change our school type to Higher Education, it was defaulted to primary/secondary/k-12.

Some of you might need to change it to work search, or the same settings we did.

It took a few hours to apply, but then it all worked for us.
