My organization provides Microsoft Copilot for our use and it has been working great for months. however on Friday for some reason it started giving me a 'Coming Soon' screen. I thought it was temporary and left it alone, restarted my computer and came back today (Monday) and it's still broken. Please help.

I finally got mine fixed.
Had to reset Edge. It also happened in Chrome too and a reset worked there too. Basically, same reset instructions for Chrome too.
Here are the steps to reset Microsoft Edge:
This will reset your startup page, new tab page, search engine, and pinned tabs. It will also disable all extensions and clear temporary data like cookies.
^This is what worked for me. If you want to try a deeper reset then this below:
However, your favorites, history, and saved passwords will not be deleted.
If you want to completely reset Edge, including clearing all your data:
%localappdata%\Microsoft\Edge and press Enter.User Data_Old).This will create a new User Data folder, effectively resetting Edge to its original state.
We are also having this issue with our EDU domain. I just tried those steps and no go, I still get the coming soon. Is anyone out there in EDU land having this same issue? I can still use the Windows 11 app with my EDU account, but no browsers at all. Just "Coming Soon".
Hi!
I was one of those having these problem. In my case I also have Edu accounts, as I work at a School. The problem was that I had assigned both an A3 Faculty and an A3 Benefits for student license.
Once I unassigned the A3 for students from my account, Copilot came back.
I have to say that I had had those two licenses assigned since forever, but the problem kicked in a couple of weeks ago.
Regards!
This is something that my admin did around the time we were talking with the advanced team at Microsoft. Once my issue was resolved, however, it wasn't clear which change was the solution. Still waiting to hear back if there is any general guidance that I can give everyone. They missed my original request, because the ticket was closed, but now they've reopened it because others have been having similar issues (edu).
I had the same problem. I cleared my cache and it started working! I am using Google Chrome.
