My organization provides Microsoft Copilot for our use and it has been working great for months. however on Friday for some reason it started giving me a 'Coming Soon' screen. I thought it was temporary and left it alone, restarted my computer and came back today (Monday) and it's still broken. Please help.

This actually did the trick for me.
Sorry - No solution othe than to try a different browser, or Edge InPrivate.
Same problem here yesterday and today. Happened yesterday, and I realized if I switch to Chrome, or use Edge Inprivate browsing, I can get in. So I cleared cache, cookies etc in Edge. Rebooted. Same problem. So only fails in Edge? Come on Microsoft. Seems like a lot of us are having this issue recently. Our company is big on ChatGPT, and I want them on Copilot. So this is not a good sign of the stability of the experience. Guess it's back to Google Chrome to use Microsoft tech. Frustrating. Sorry I don't have a solution.
But later in the afternoon, it started working. It took about 5 or more logons and MFA / Authenticator prompts for it to finally settle down and let me use CoPilot Chat on Edge, and worked all afternoon, and now today back to "Coming Soon".
And yet others in my company are having no issues.
Update, today on Edge InPrivate, it has a new message "Something went wrong". Click OK a small white window says "authentication Required" I click authenticate. It repeated this cycle 5 times, and then CoPilot worked InPrivate. Still not in normal Edge.
Hi all, i have had this issue also, cleared caches several times and now it is up an running. I asked copilot what has happened and this is the response:
I’m sorry for the inconvenience! There was indeed an issue affecting Microsoft Copilot services recently. It seems there was a temporary outage that impacted users globally^1^^2^. The good news is that the issue has been resolved, and everything should be back to normal now
Not resolved for me. Cleared cache repeatedly. Reboot. Never went away for past 48 hours. Have to use Chrome as do many of my users.
This works, but after signing in with my work account it gives the option to "Go to copilot for work", which then gives the "Coming soon" page.
