copilot.microsoft.com says 'coming soon'

My organization provides Microsoft Copilot for our use and it has been working great for months. however on Friday for some reason it started giving me a 'Coming Soon' screen. I thought it was temporary and left it alone, restarted my computer and came back today (Monday) and it's still broken. Please help.

    Exactly the same issue with 1 user. made no sense until spotted this, im confident this is the issue.
