My organization provides Microsoft Copilot for our use and it has been working great for months. however on Friday for some reason it started giving me a 'Coming Soon' screen. I thought it was temporary and left it alone, restarted my computer and came back today (Monday) and it's still broken. Please help.

Are you seeing this with both the Copilot app from MS Store AND Copilot web page in Edge?
At this point in time there is no way this should be seen, anymore, not since long ago! Again, I suggest/recommend that you contact MS Copilot tech support.
