My organization provides Microsoft Copilot for our use and it has been working great for months. however on Friday for some reason it started giving me a 'Coming Soon' screen. I thought it was temporary and left it alone, restarted my computer and came back today (Monday) and it's still broken. Please help.

I have the same issue, the Edge side menu for Copilot works but when I click the icon to expand it into its own full size tab it takes me to the "coming soon" page. If I go to the URL it also says coming soon. Today I tried opening it in Chrome and it worked. It has been working in Edge until recently. I don't know how long it will work in Chrome but thankful it does today. I use it almost everyday!

    It's not a network issue.

I also have the same problem, and it is independent from the network or device.

I've tried it at my home computer, mobile phone (directly connected to the phone network, with Wifi at different locations...), work computer (even changing the network configuration, as I'm the IT admin), and every time I try to use my work account, it fails. I've got the correct licences assigned.

It was working last week, and it just stopped working.

    Regards.

    Hi.

Don't bother to try it. I'm the IT admin at my school and I changed the DNS servers, but it did not solve the problem.

    Regards!
