How can I eliminate Temu ads from my Edge browser?

Every other tile on Edge home page is Temu!!! There has to be a better way to block this company, but I don't think Microsoft wants to because they are making money off these scam ads. This is why I use Chrome with Google for my home page. I don't have to look at Temu ads taking over my computer. I know an AI bot will respond to this with the same canned response as previous complaints. Nobody wants Temu ads!!!! They are completely invasive and they are everywhere! It's like Taco Bell in the movie "Demolition Man." Please let us edit our ad feed!

Sorry but i have not received any worthwhile suggestions. You might want to also send in your issues with seeing what I regard as invasive ads from a scam China based knockoff, scam company. Thanks for your interest.

It's not a floating ad. It's on the Microsoft Edge browser start page. There are tiles of articles, along with some tiles with ads. This has nothing to do with edge extensions, or privacy mode, or abnormal parameters, or anything of the sort. It's on the default Edge home/Start page! The problem is that folks want to stop just the Temu ads specifically because they are a scam company (they might be the scam company you get when you order a scam company on wish!).

I'm following along with this. I find Temu invasive and can't wait to get rid of it.

This advertisement seems to exist in a floating way on the webpage when you browse news. Right click on the desktop Edge-- Properties -- Shortcuts -- Targets -- to see if the suffix is working

Normally, the "Target" field of a Microsoft Edge browser shortcut should resemble the following format:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe"

This field contains the path and name of the Edge browser executable, which is usually the default setting. If you see any unusual or suspicious parameters in the Edge browser's shortcut properties, try removing them, then click the Apply and OK buttons to save your changes.
