Problem is in the scale of the displays.
If i put every screen on 100% the problem is gone...
Right clicking on Edge, menu appears on different screen, same happens for context menu

I have three screens and using Windows 10. When I right click on the right part of my main screen, the context menu appears on the third screen. The same happens on the left side of my second screen. This also happens for all sub menu items. For example if I click the three dots and go to "Tools" which has a sub-menu, the sub-menu appears on the third screen. This is extremely frustrating. I noticed it after the latest update.
I have tried all the basics including restarting my PC etc. to no avail.

Yeah, that works but setting my laptop to 100% makes it too small to read and setting my 2 monitors to 150% makes them so large I loose information.

2025-01-27T18:55:32+00:00 Same issue started happening for me about a week ago. I have a 3-monitor setup (laptop + 2 external monitors). Strangely, the behavior is normal on one of the external monitors, but the other monitor and the laptop are both showing right-click menus and tab previews on a different screen.

Setting the scaling to 100% for all screens is not a solution if they don't have the same size or resolution, which is my case.
As I haven't changed my display settings for years, this recent problem seems to be a bug and it's Microsoft's duty to correct it quickly.

I have found that switching which monitor is set as the "main" monitor and then switching back will stop this for a short time... it is reoccuring though. I have also tried reinstalling the graphics driver, which, again, worked for a short time before the issue started again. At this point, I have seen this behavior in both Chrome and Edge so I am wondering if it's a chromium issue...
