Hi! I recently installed Mozilla account at accounts.firefox.com and I deleted a bookmark from taskbar and do not know how to recover it and also I do not know how to make unseen bookmark icons on upper bookmark toolbar so that is why I accidentally deleted it. I'm not sure if I had Sync when I deleted bookmark from taskbar. Is it possible to recover deleted bookmark and unimage bookmark icons from taskbar?

    Hello, Samanth24

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Thank you for your feedback. I carefully read the information and description of your problem.

I understand that this problem may be difficult to restore if you accidentally delete a bookmark in Microsoft Edge and sync is not enabled. However, if sync is enabled or you have backed up your bookmarks, it may be possible to restore your bookmarks.

    A. Restore bookmarks through sync (if sync is enabled)

If you have sync enabled in Microsoft Edge, your bookmarks are synced between different devices. If you deleted a bookmark and it is still on another device, you can try to restore it on another device. Just make sure sync is turned on and the bookmarks on the other device are not deleted.

    B. Restore bookmarks through history

If you visited the page before deleting it, you can restore it through history:

    Open Microsoft Edge.

Click the three dots (…) in the upper-right corner and select History.

Find the page you want to restore as a bookmark, right-click it and select Add to Bookmarks.

If you need to hide the Bookmarks Toolbar, you can do so by following these steps:

In Edge, click the three dots (…) in the upper-right corner and select Settings.

Under Appearance settings, find Show bookmarks bar and select Don't show bookmarks bar, which will hide all bookmark icons in the bookmarks bar.

    Best regards
