MSN Weather E-tree level 10 now requires 50,000 points as compared to earlier of 10,000?

I noticed that my tree was not leveling up at the usual speed. Upon checking the "certificates" (shows the trees planted so far and the progress of the current one), I was astonished to find that goal was now 50000 points. My status: 6090/50000 Level 6 which otherwise would have been 6090/10000 Level 9.

I see no official communication from Microsoft about this. Although, the E-tree app on the Edge sidebar still behaves as earlier.

    With me it happened with my third tree. btw it's not 50,000 but 30,000 in my case that's suddenly required...

    Same issue at 19th tree.

    Although no communication from MS side, even on E-tree FAQ page.

    I also encounter the same problem after finishing the 45th tree.

    Does anyone have the same problem at another number?
