Not if you always minimise the main window to find the others. I always make that the last window I close.

I’ve never had pop-up windows appear behind In fact, I don’t get pop-up windows at all. I assume this is down to security settings? I don’t have any problems browsing with my settings so I’m not sure what setup other people have.
