    Seriously with the basic answers and questions. We're all paying you $20 MONTHLY (absurd) for this unworking software, so either ask more pointed questions other than "DiD yOu PlUg iT iN?" or "iS iT On" like we're 2 years old and haven't been using Microsoft since the late 80s. We know to clear the cache. Our apps are always up to date. We've uninstalled and reinstalled. Can you treat us like this isn't the first time we've had an issue with a phone before? Like we're not all basic, please?

    DECEMBER 2023?? WHY THE HELL HAVEN'T YOU RESPONDED BACK HAHN - MSFT? SPECIALIST?? I CAN RECOMMEND THAT IN MY SLEEP WHY HAVE 2 PAGES OF PEOPLE RESPONDED AND THERE'S STILL NO GD SOLUTION ALMOST A YEAR LATER?????

    Hi my windows laptop will not let me use copilot. I have used copilot in the past, but now it says that I have to verify my age. When I try to verify my age it says and I quote," This content is blocked contact the site owner to fix."
