Youtube live chat in ms Edge take around 20~ seconds to load

Youtube live chat in ms Edge take around 20~ seconds to load while other browser just took less than 1 second to load. I have tried clear cache and cookies, restart computer, and router but the problem still there.
I'm not sure is this is show that live chat is loading or not but when this one appears in network tab, Live chat will appear.

I found a "temporary" solution for this problem.
Press f12 / inspect on youtube =>Go to Applicaiton tab on the top => Go to Service Workers on the left menu => Click Unregister on the right side

But you have to do it again when you re open the browser. Microsoft need to fix this bug

now the same problem with Opera. so this is Chromium problem!

It definitely only happens recently. It also happens when I resize the window, it would black out before loading.

And it could take like a minute to load sometimes.

I've decided to uninstall Edge, There's a problems with Youtube live chat and Google Search in Pictures section.

When you press "Instruments" button Pictures Search - there's a transparent bar section instead of solid colored bar:
