While utilizing Copilot as usual to assist with daily coding tasks, the more creative and more precise modes disappeared suddenly after I refreshed Microsoft Edge. This issue also occurred with the Copilot button on my Windows. Both modes vanished, leaving me with only the balanced mode to generate responses each day. Unfortunately, I find this mode less comfortable for my coding needs.
I have attempted to restart the system, clear the Copilot website cache in Microsoft Edge, and double-check my Windows 11 file system, but the problem persists. I am now seeking guidance on how to resolve this issue and restore the missing modes.

It is deeply concerning then, as to why this issue also arises within a private browser window, which we are led to believe, perhaps mistakenly, does not share any data or context with the main browser instance. This should mean no cookies, internet history, or site data are shared, effectively this is the equivalent to erasing all your hard earned internet history. This is utterly unacceptable by any standard.
How about you do not wish to delete all you internet history and cookies, only to face the inconvenience of logging into every site again. Hmm, it is rather perplexing that people are simply accepting this situation. Very weird actually.
Can we obtain a clear understanding of why Microsoft is not rendering these buttons? I check the source of a page with and without these buttons and it is clear the server side rendered pages are generated intentionally without the buttons. This is not a browser based glitch. We need an honest response from Microsoft, free from any workaround or side-effect explanations, to understand why this is being imposed on users.
Which mode is good for coding precise , creative or balanced?
Resetting MS Edge fixed the issue for me.
This worked perfectly. Funilly enough if you switch it back to your home country it will still work
Mine was originally on United Kingdom.
I switched it to United States then Restarted Edge then switched it back to the UK and it still works.
For some reason, it was removed and this is kind of not a clever way to save money.
Here my advice:
Still, I hope creative and precise back to those anonymous.
