While utilizing Copilot as usual to assist with daily coding tasks, the more creative and more precise modes disappeared suddenly after I refreshed Microsoft Edge. This issue also occurred with the Copilot button on my Windows. Both modes vanished, leaving me with only the balanced mode to generate responses each day. Unfortunately, I find this mode less comfortable for my coding needs.
I have attempted to restart the system, clear the Copilot website cache in Microsoft Edge, and double-check my Windows 11 file system, but the problem persists. I am now seeking guidance on how to resolve this issue and restore the missing modes.

Same here. My Windows 10 received a forced OS update on June 16.
After the update, Copilot’s PRECISE mode disappeared,
leaving me with only the ‘Balanced’ mode. maybe this
happened because some people claim that Microsoft silently
installs Copilot on their computers and then wants it removed.
I don’t know why most people (non-developers) criticize Edge
and CoPilot while insisting Chrome is better. It would be even better
if Microsoft allowed a CoPilot community edition exclusively for
developers rather than regular users. The Precise mode was indeed
helpful with programming tasks.
It happened to me either. When i went to Microsoft Copilot in Mcrosoft Edge, two other modes vanished, as if the Copilot had mysteriously updated or what?! I need someone for help to re-add these two modes back?
I tried your test, and sadly it failed, meaning it did not import GPT-4. Do I need to change system level region settings?
No, region settings for bing only. Btw, it seems that GPT-4o is being pushed out gradually, and some people may not have it yet. I repaired my browser some time ago on a device and it reverted to the old copilot.

By changing the region setting, do you mean on OS level? I fail to see the region setting in the browser itself. I have tried restoring and resetting the browser, but it has not worked for me.
