Edge version: Version 90.0.818.56 (Official build) (64-bit)
Many new Edge User installs have the option to pin download and history icons to the tool bar, but mine does not.
How do i get them to show up?

In my case, CMD line flags have no effect on the issue. I've move moved to Beta version for now.
weird. if i just deleted the folder, that happened. but deleting, restarting the pc, and then copying in a fresh edge folder worked like a charm for me

Exact same issue. Deleting the Edge folder in AppData resolves the issue for a few hours but it always returns. This is on multiple machines, Windows 10, Windows 11 and even after fresh OS installs.
So frustrating!
