Sometimes, Edge, rather than directing me to the URL or file I want to access, will produce a site named "ShellPage" from the url edgeservices.bing.com that says "just a moment".

We released version 112.0.1722.58 today, which addresses this issue for Family Safety users. To ensure that you have the latest version, you can manually check for updates by following the steps below.

  1. Click on the three dots menu button.
  2. Go to Help and feedback.
  3. Click on About Microsoft Edge.

    Hello,
    I was also facing the same issue. But I was able to fix it by updating the Edge browser and the disabling the Edge Sidebar. You guys can try this as well and check if it makes any difference for you.
