Netflix error on Edge Chromium

I am discouraged that this problem has not been fixed after several months. I am a long-time a Netflix subscriber. Since I upgraded a few months ago to the new Edge Chromium browser, Netflix always returns error code D7353-5101. Refreshing the browser screen always allows Netflix to play normally. Even so, it is a damned nuisance. Netflix support says that Netflix does not support the Edge chromium browser, and  recommends using Google Chrome or Firefox browsers. It would seem to me that not supporting a widely used service such as Netflix would be a very big negative that Microsoft would want to fix. Yet... months go by and no fix.

Before anyone asks, I do not use third party AV. Windows has been updated since the problem appeared, and is up-to-date.

Update - the 5C release is KB5003214. This has an additional fix for the signing issue that caused the symptom investigated here.

    Ahoy Avind M, 

         I really appreciate your continuing efforts to help me, but unfortunately the candidate fix for the Netflix error on Edge that you said was in KB5000842 did not fix the problem.  I still get the same error message D7353-5101 that I have been getting for many months. You need to report back to the team who prepared KB5000842, that it should not be released in April Update Tuesday until the Netflix problem is fixed.

    I learnt a few things, also happen to be related to questions you posed elsewhere-

    The***“C” and “D” releases***occur the third and fourth weeks of the month, respectively. These preview releases contain only non-security updates, and are intended to provide visibility and testing of the planned non-security fixes targeted for the next month’s Update Tuesday release. These updates are then shipped as part of the following month’s “B” or Update Tuesday release.

    So the candidate fix for this Netflix error on Edge is present in this preview of KB5000842. You may go ahead and install it. If you choose to not install it now, it will be installed as part of the "Update Tuesday" April release.

    Thanks Arvind. My habit is not to download previews, so that is what I will do. Tomorrow is the last day of March. Do  you still aver that the Neflix fix will be released in March?
