    What you entered is not a valid command so of course it didn't work.

    Run Powershell as administrator then copy and paste in the command below and press enter; 

    reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Edge /f;reg delete HKCU\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Edge /f;
