Open a specific page or pages broken since KB4023057 / KB5003173 (only works if you set Bing as the default search engine).....

Since installing KB4023057 / KB5003173 the Edge 'On start up' setting of 'Open a specific page or pages' no longer works.... Well I say it no longer works... It works if you set the default search engine to Bing, anything other than Bing and it only brings up the MSN news feed (as you would normally get when you open a new tab).

This is pretty annoying, and a big issue in my opinion (forcing people into using Bing, especially with the new nag windows that you cannot get rid of).....

    i had same problem but there is a new update for edge check if you got it

    91.0.864.37 is the latest build available, and still has the problem.

    What build are you running? Do you have anything other than Bing set as your search engine provider.

    my build is also 91.0.864.37 and yes i have google set as the search engine before that i also had a problem but i rest settings and things went back to normal

    When you reset Edge's settings Bing becomes the default search again. Are you sure it's still set to Google now?

    So, if I use DuckDuckGo as my Search engine, Home Page as a startup page doesn't work anymore. For sure I won't bend to this Microsoft low tactics to force us to stop using other but their search engine. I'll wait a bit for a fix, but if it doesn't come soon, there are many at least as good as edge browsers outside, like Opera or Firefox...
