How to revert back to the old version of EDGE

I installed the new Secure Edge browser. Big mistake. How can I go back to the old one?

    Check other posts there are a number showing how. You need to use regedit and create a key 'allowsxs'. This must be done before the new Chromium edge is installed. If not it wont allow it. If this happens then use REVO Uninstall to remove new Edge. Create the registry entry and then when it reinstalls it you will have both but you must recreate the Icons on both desktop and task bar.

    Windows Key+S. Enter 'regedit'. Navigate to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\EdgeUpdate

    Create a new dword - Allowsxs. Set the value to 1 in hex

    Install

    Set as Default

    Import Favorites etc.. from whatever version of Edge you have

    and begin to completely ignore the fact that Edge exists...

    That does not work as Microsoft blocks you from deleting Microsoft edge.
