I have no setup.exe in the Edge folder (including all sub folders)

I use web notes and OneNote clipper is not a reasonable solution.

I have registered Edge as PUP with 2 virus providers, perhaps we should all do it?

I have the original Edge back. Thank you. But how do you keep them from reinstalling the new Edge during the next update? That's how I got it in the first place-through an update. I kept ignoring the notices--no way to indicate I didn't want it-- then they just changed it anyway.  Click on the 3 dots at top right go to feedback, and let Microsoft know how much you "love" the new Edge!!!

Ditto.  Can't stand the new one.  Why you ruin a good thing?   Unusable for me.  UI so cludgy and cumbersome.

My problem know is i don't know what "leftover registry items are safe to delete", so as not to affect my older version of Edge.

I rebooted the other day ~7/15 or 16 and found there was major update to Microsoft Edge.

This went from making MS Edge my browser of choice, to hatred.  How do I uninstall this horrific UI version?

The menu's are unfriendly, the mechanism for favorites takes up a huge amount of space and is NOT user friendly, and each time one tries to go into a sub directory of favorites, you have to s tart all over.

I tried uninstalling to revert to old version, but it's greyed out.  Only Modify is allowed and not sure what this does.

I see the instructions for having both, but not sure those are complete enough (i.e., how do you launch the registry editor).

Hopefully you guys have my e-mail, but for obvious reasons i can't leave here
