How to Uninstall/Reinstall Edge

Edge keeps crashing in Windows 11. I have already tried quite a few troubleshooting steps suggested here and it's still not fixed. The last suggestion I received before reinstalling Windows is to reinstall Edge. (Not repair/reinstall from the Add/Remove Programs menu, I've already tried that). I did this but it doesn't look like it worked. When I opened Edge after the reinstall all my tabs re-opened and I just don't think the reinstall worked correctly. Is there a way to uninstall Edge completely and then reinstall it? The option is grayed out in the Remove programs menu.

    This works as stated but need to execute this before opening Edge browser after Windows user log-in or use Task Manager to "End" all "Microsoft Edge" processes.

    AMEN!! I have tried everything...put ALOT of time into learning how to uninstall. And now lind out that it is not uninstallable is infuriating!!!

    Yes, I got 2 replies. As is often the case, the "next click on ......" did not exist, could not find it on the menu from the last step, and so no help.
    However I did discover that if I right-clicked the internet link that I had saved that Edge had taken over and would not give me the url to share it, I could change the Open With back to Chrome (my default browser) and now I have control over my saved internet links once again (Y).
