Hi guys, Ive been participating in the Microsoft weather E Tree program for quite a while now and i've just noticed that my points and rank arent synced up between my mobile weather app and my desktop edge browser webpage. Ive just broken into the top 50 and yet my name doesnt appear in the top 50 list. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I found this thread after a bit of digging around, this might have something to do with whats happened, it is a couple of months old though.

Thanks for the conformation, i did complete the Xmas tree bonus tree which explains where the extra 10k on the mobile version came from.
The app wasn't even available in the sidebar for the longest time for me, now it shows up but when I click on it to do my water tasks, it tells me it encountered a problem. Frustrating af, considering it also causes me to lose my daily streak.
This happened with me too.
After couple of restarts, it started working properly.
