Hi guys, Ive been participating in the Microsoft weather E Tree program for quite a while now and i've just noticed that my points and rank arent synced up between my mobile weather app and my desktop edge browser webpage. Ive just broken into the top 50 and yet my name doesnt appear in the top 50 list. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Matt710,
As per Anonkj's reply, the thread that talks about hacking and some more information on the web, following possibilities:
Hope they at least plant the trees that we all have virtually grown.

Yes sacrificing 200 points is ok.
But 50,000 for one tree will make newcomer loose interest very quickly.
my mobile app streak will become 7 days tomorrow so let's see.
@Mohit Kumar
I will know that after few days only. I need 4 more days for app to go up to 500 daily points and 6 more days for sidebar as long as it doesn't get reset again.
Some people have lost their entire tree and points collection just by clicking on the e tree icon. As long as that doesn't happen, and it does not require 50,000 for a single tree, sacrificing 200 points should be fine.
It is true that lower ranked player will never be able to catch up unless someone in the top stops playing which is not how any program should work.
Hi Anonkj, Thanks for the information, it doesn't explain though why i'm not listed in the top 50 though. I'm ranked 13th now according to edge on my desktop with 647300 and 65 trees planted.
Someone had hacked the program few weeks ago. There is a thread about it
After this issue was resolved, after couple of days, although we are able to complete daily tasks and get trees, it stopped syncing in the rankings table I think for everyone taking part. Maybe its a bug or something else, I am not sure.
As of April 3rd i'm still able to complete the daily tasks and get awarded the points for doing so. I've also spoken to Microsoft via their webchat about the problem of my points not tallying up between devices on the same account, and although the guy tried his best he couldn't tell me why it had happened and unfortunately as of yet no answer on how to solve it either.
The difference in 10000 points I think is because of the extra tree they gave during Christmas/new year time. Those extra points are only reflected in the app and not the browser version.
