Your pings show that Wondershare has been redirected to 127.0.0.1, which is the address of your own computer. This is a technique used to prevent the computer from connecting to specific sites. The redirection is probably in your Hosts file. Have you knowingly edited this file yourself?

You can check whether this is what happened: on the Start menu, find Notepad, right-click on it and select More > Run as administrator. Give permission, then in Notepad navigate to and open this file:

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

Look for entries like

127.0.0.1 www.wondershare.com

If you find any, disable them simply by typing a hash (#) at the start of the line, save and close the file. Then try opening Wondershare in Edge again.

If your Hosts file had been edited, do you know who or what did it if you didn't?

Hi, I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, specializing in Installation, Performance, Troubleshooting and Activation, here to help you.

    Is this what you want:

    https://filmora.wondershare.net/filmora-video-e...

    There's another download link here:

    https://filmora.wondershare.net/?gclid=Cj0KCQjw...

None of them use the download link you're trying, and they download fine here.

If this is not exactly what you need, please explain a bit more so I can help you better. Otherwise feel free to ask back questions and keep me posted on your progress as I will be here to help until this is resolved.

hi Greg, thank you for replying and trying to help me with my problem

yes, both the links are what I want, I want to buy one of thier packages, but I wanted to first get the software on my laptop before purchasing the software

I have used both of the links that you have provided me before, but they both give me the same message that cbs.wondershare.com refused to connect.

Go to System > Troubleshoot > Other Troubleshooters > run Internet Troubleshooter, then "I'm trying to reach a specific website" and copy/paste the exact same URL you're trying to access to trace why it can't connect.

    Try another browser.

Try clearing the cache in the browser: https://www.online-tech-tips.com/computer-tips/...

Try resetting the browser in Windows Settings > Apps & Features > Browser > Advanced Options > Reset and Repair to see if that fixes it: https://www.howtogeek.com/171924/how-to-reset-y....

For Edge reset in Edge Settings > Reset Settings.

If that fails uninstall the browser (except Edge) in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features, restart PC then reinstall browser from fresh download:

    Firefox download: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

    Chrome download: https://www.google.com/chrome/

If this fails then See if you can System Restore to a point before the problem started: How to Use Windows 11 System Restore Point (4 Ways)

System Restore is your first line of defense and can take you back to a point before a problem began. If it doesn't help then you can undo it. Read about it first in the tutorial above and then try restoring to just before this started. If System Restore is not enabled on C drive do that now so it's available in the future.

If the problem repeats or System Restore doesn't work then check which Windows Updates were installed at Settings > Update & Security > Windows Updates > Update History, uninstall them there or System Restore again, then immediately check for and block the Updates with the Hide Updates tool explained here: Windows 11 Hide updates

Feel free to ask any questions. Based on the results you post back I may have other suggestions if necessary.
