A handful of new users jumped to the top of the leaderboard with round-number points in the millions. Disconcerting to legitimate and dedicated users. Suspicious and conspicuous. Current number 6, Yggdrasil, was in clear first place, at least for the last few months.

I keep sending MS Edge Feeback team screengrabs, my side bar says level 7 and the MS weather app says level 4... now they are not synchronizing.
The side bar app works fine on one PC but not the other i get the same message as Jocelyn.
Try logging into edge from someone else's computer "Other Profiles" this worked for me

Yeah I saw that, now 50 k for a new tree for me as well.
If you put the url in the URL bar directly, you might be able to access your e-tree sidebar:

Me too! I was on level 6 and then halfway through the day jumped back to level 4 but with the same number of points. I don't have a goal on mine (but I assume it will be the same as yours as it is taking a long time to climb up) and the people with barely any tress and excess points are still there. What on earth is going on?!
