Does the new Edge browser work with Kiosk mode?

I set up loaner devices to just use the browser.  I recently updated them to Windows10-2004 and installed the new Edge browser. I just get a blank blue screen when I try to sign in with kiosk mode after setting it up to open with Edge (the Icon that I am able to select still looks like the old one).  Does anyone know if I need to go back to the old OS or the old Edge?

    Unfortunately the only way to disable it is with Enterprise group policy settings, and it looks like the button will still show but the page will be blocked on arrival.

    Is that surf game link going to appear if/when kiosk goes offline? I hope not as it does not look very professional, and the only way I could get kiosk to work at all was to set up Win10Pro as a personal computer not a business. (The business setup does not allow one to remove the password login page).

    Also, as for the Kiosk release on Stable version - what is the plan? Will it be released with command prompt first and then settings/assigned access or straight to settings/assigned access.

    The surf game link will appear when not connected to the internet, much like your screenshot. The kiosk machine will need to stay connected to the internet to continue displaying the desired content in the browser. 

    As for the release, the command prompt will release ahead of the full settings/assigned access experience.

    Additional features and support will be added as kiosk mode evolves, so I encourage you to provide feedback within the browser (via Microsoft Edge's "…" menu in the top right > Help and feedback > Send feedback) as you get the chance to try the kiosk mode features. The team reviews this feedback and it helps determine features folks want or need so it's a great idea to provide feedback to the product team there.

    Hi Alex

    So beta edge is not working for me. For some reason i am back to the blue screen. It goes through the motions of loading the page and then nothing but blue displays. Also i noticed something else odd. When i create a shortcut to the startup command and then check for it in Task Manager under the startup tab it is not listed. What am i doing wrong? :(

    I started over and created a new shortcut and now it opens as a blue page no content.... then I click ctrl alt delete and it switches to a browser. My task manager shows Edge (3) but only one is open.

    Anyway then I have to click F11 to get it to play full screen. 

    Here are the steps I followed.

    1. Typed run in cortana box
    2. typed shell:startup
    3. Right clicked on empty space in startup folder
    4. Clicked new, then shortcut
    5. Typed this "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge Beta\Application\msedge.exe" --kiosk http://rREMAINDER OF URL/ --edge-kiosk-type=fullscreen

    Please help. Sorry I just don't know why it isn't working.
