I set up loaner devices to just use the browser. I recently updated them to Windows10-2004 and installed the new Edge browser. I just get a blank blue screen when I try to sign in with kiosk mode after setting it up to open with Edge (the Icon that I am able to select still looks like the old one). Does anyone know if I need to go back to the old OS or the old Edge?

To set up your kiosk using Windows Settings you'll need to install the latest Windows 10 Insider Preview, version 20215 or higher. Follow the instructions in Getting started with Windows 10 Insider Preview Builds.

I'don't see these version in the kiosk options:
When we use the Edge as listed above, this is the result:
This is tested on Windows 10 Pro 20H2 (Build 19042.630)

Sorry about that! I should have clarified that Beta would work for setup via command line only, but setup via Windows Settings and/or using Assigned Access require the Dev channel at the moment. I hope that clears it up, but if I've left anything out or this still isn't clear please let me know.

No problem at all! You can definitely wait until the Stable version if you're not comfortable with managing the setup.
Windows Settings is the simplest way to set up one or two single-app kiosk devices. If you're comfortable installing the Dev channel and the Windows 10 Insider Preview build, you can configure kiosk mode using Windows Settings (the kiosk config wizard) and these directions - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/microsoft-edge-configure-kiosk-mode#configure-using-windows-settings
Note that the setup using Windows Settings will also come to Stable, so you can wait and try it out after that update as well.
It's up to you which you prefer based on your comfort level. Hope that helps!
