SSL - Error - How to go "around" it

Hi There

I have the following problem, while accessing a website from a partner

Error Message:

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Unsupported protocol

The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.

Google Chrome lets me open the page, but tells me: "Your connection to this site is not fully secure". 

I know, that the website uses an "outdated" security configuration. But this partner may not so fastly change that. Is there a possibility to tell Edge kind a list of websites, where he can ignore that? To disable this feature completely is not a solution in my opinion. (to manage a "whitelist also not, but it is the smaller pain)

Other suggestion? (other Browser is also no opinion and with Internet Explorer 11 it does not work :-( )

    Are you using a VPN to connect to the internet? I am having trouble while using a VPN to connect to Amazon.com. If i disconnect the VPN I connect to amazon but I could not receive a security text to login.

    I agree with others... some of us have legacy hardware to support that is current on firmware - iDrac and iLO interfaces to be specific - that still fail SSL checks by Edge. I understand the intention is to save us from ourselves, but to the point we have to ditch Edge for a competitor? There needs to be some support for those of us that understand what we're doing and why, and allow for some type of override.

    As a workaround, you can use the legacy Internet Explorer that is usually still installed with Windows. Or other non-MS browsers as mentioned.

    Hi,

    I am a new user to Windows 11. I was using an web based application which was working pretty fine on Windows 10 and in the internet explorer as well as chrome.

    After moving to Windows 11, its not working in both browsers.

    Same site is working fine in Internet Explorer 10.
