Where is the Windows Ink feature? I use/used the ink markup of a web page in the legacy Edge all the time. I can't find it anywhere in the new Edge.

unfortunately, inking on websites is one of the many features that are not (yet) available in the new edge chromium.
you can make the suggestion to the feedback team, from within edge Alt+Shift+I, the more users that want this feature the more likely that Microsoft will add it.

Inking in web pages would be available by end of the September in the Dev/Canary branches of Microsoft Edge. Expect more information about the stable release in the future.

Microsoft why do you add features to then remove them again? Inking and pdf editing in the older version of Edge was brilliant, now its gone together with send to onenote - that is an update?
The major reason for me to use EDGE is the inking function on webpages and PDFs. Can I switch back to the old version of EDGE?
You can, although it requires a certain amount of effort and you will still see the ads for the new one (but it won't force you to upgrade). You can also have both versions installed (although even if you have both installed web sites will still show you the upgrade offer). I have installed both, since there are sites (such as many videoconferencing sites) that require the new one. I don't remember the site I used for instructions on having both installed, but if you do a search there are a number of sites with these instructions.
