    I fixed the problem removing unused/duplicated devices from azure portal, active directory, devices, all devices.

    After some minutes i was able to put credentials correctly.

    Please, which account did you use to access the azure portal, user account or admin account.

    Thanks. The way we eventually resolves was to disconnect work or school account from the computer > deleted work or school profile on edge > clicked on add profile to create a new profile.
