Anyone using (new) Edge C (GA) & or testing the Edge Insider beta Channels, comments (bad AND good), tips, info to share, observations, suggestions/requests, issues/problems, curiosities, questions, you name it... The floor is yours...
Myself, I have run all available Insider Builds since April. And, now, running Edge C GA, as well; swapped from HTML Jan. 15th.
I am/have been very impressed with the performance. Been a bit fun adapting to some things/methods/locations/layouts/structure. Some NTML features seem missing, BUT, heaps more stuff is coming very soon. Some 'new' & different items are quite cool. It has been interesting as an Insider. And it will be interesting for people using & discovering THIS Edge. It is, well, IMHO, will be THE outstanding browser. I, strongly urge & encourage Folks to adopt it. Be prepared, though... it's very fast
Let's see what more detail & specifics y'all may have, will have to add here...
Anxious for your remarks, look forward to the input that can be share to everyone's benefit, of course.
The floor is yours...
Cheers,
Drew

You mention Reading List showing & Mobile devices. That is due to, still, being Edge HTML, there. If you put Edge C on the Samsung, it will not have Reading List. [,,,] Although, Edge C runs on iOS & Android, there are no plans for it to be supported on Windows phones.
I beg to differ. It is the new Edge that has been downloaded to my Samsung, at least the logo tells me so. Here's the app version: Edge 44.11.2.4122 (Updated 16 Jan 2020). Android OS 9. Samsung SM-T385 Build/PPR1.180610.011. And I have it in Dark mode too! 💛
Re the no plans for Windows phone, I won't mind! LOL.
Ok, fair enough so, I stand corrected. If Reading List is there, that's cool; There are some differences between Mobile & 'desktop' versions; notice the difference in version #s. The Edge C beta Channels "Import" a person's Reading List... will show as a folder called Reading List Saves under Favorites... GA, will have it, soon. But, although, I didn't think so, if it's in Edge C Mobile, now, that's great.
Having it Dark is, certainly, always, nice! Seems most people, same as us, prefer it.
Yes, well, mine is a Windows Mobile 📱 ergo, I'm a bit sorry, but, life goes on (w/ Edge HTML, there)...
Cheers,
Yes, you're right there is more info, the text is not complete. When one clicks it, it expands, like this ⬇. Why is it not for you seems odd. I hit the link, here in your note (to which, I am replying, now), page loaded, I clicked on this one & showed the full text; in other words, worked fine for me. Try it from here --> I have put the path to Tips below the picture. Oh & some of them have wee scroll bars to see the rest of their text.

Cheers,
You asked (me) about ad blockers. Having 1 does no harm nor is a bad idea, still, a good idea. How needed, now, is hard to say... I did try running without one for quite a while once we had Strict Tracking Prevention, as an experiment and things stayed very clean, no noticeable difference. BUT, they are 2 different things, filling 2 different roles/tasks. So, as I suggested, still, a place for an ad blocker.
Speaking of flags:
Reading view, aka immersive reader, will not have its full compliment of options without this flag; in other words, this flag needs to be enabled. > edge://flags, type in Grammar

I Just now enabled the "Grammar Tools In Reading View" Flag, but don't see any changes yet. Maybe after I play with it awhile. ?
You need to Enable the flag & hit Restart At the bottom-right of the flag page. Then or now when you go to RV the Grammar tools will be at the top-right. You may need to 'poke' your cursor at the top edge to make or have the RV toolbar appear. No need to "play with it a while". It will look like this.
