How to make links open in a new tab in Edge Chromium

Hi, does anyone know how to make links clicked open in a new tab, rather than in the existing tab, in the new Microsoft Edge Chromium, please?

    Thanks Randy, but I have all of that set up.  The problem I have is that when using Edge, if I click on a link to another site in a tab, instead of opening the other site in a new tab, Edge just takes you to that site in the same tab, so you lose the original site.  There doesn't seem to be a solution to this and Microsoft doesn't seem inclined to introduce one, and so I've just switched from using Edge to Google - problem solved.

    This works for Search results (and News results) but not from links within a web page.
