Hi, does anyone know how to make links clicked open in a new tab, rather than in the existing tab, in the new Microsoft Edge Chromium, please?

Go to this page (links to the new tab page for the browser, which is a major XSS vulnerability) and type "edge://settings". Then, navigate to the Extensions section and find one in the extension store that does that.

Hello. Yes, that places the chosen link into a new tab, but the user still has to manually select the new tab in order to move from existing tab to new tab. Firefox is able to automatically switch the user over to the new tab after clicking on the chosen link with no problems whatsoever. That is what I've bee looking for in Edge.

Hello. Yes, that places the chosen link into a new tab, but the user still has to manually select the new tab in order to move from existing tab to new tab. Firefox is able to automatically switch the user over to the new tab after clicking on the chosen link with no problems whatsoever. That is what I've bee looking for in Edge.
Use a browser extension or bookmarklet to insert code to add or edit the base element to have target be _blank. Then, even forms will submit in new tabs.
