My Microsoft Edge browser keeps freezing up. I have tried all the suggested solutions with no success. I like the design and functionality offered by Edge, but will change to Firefox until I get a notice that Microsoft has fixed the problem with Edge freeze ups.

    Hi Jeff,

Since InPrivate mode worked, I would like for you to clear your cache and cookies and see if that solves it. Deleting cookies will sign you out of most sites.

    1. In Microsoft Edge, press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE keys to bring up the Clear browsing data dialog.
    2. Make sure the only things that have a checkmark are Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.
    3. Click on the Clear now button.

    Good Morning Eric,

Following your instructions exactly, unchecking the other pre-checked boxes, it seems to have WORKED!!!

    Thank you!

I'm glad to hear the issue is resolved.

Ditto! I got same results.  Shame...guess I'll have to learn to love Firefox.
