Edge keeps freezing up.

My Microsoft Edge browser keeps freezing up. I have tried all the suggested solutions with no success. I like the design and functionality offered by Edge, but will change to Firefox until I get a notice that Microsoft has fixed the problem with Edge freeze ups.

    I would like everyone experiencing this freezing problem to submit feedback with diagnostic data for our developer team to investigate.

    1. Click on the three dots menu button.
    2. Go to Help and feedback.
    3. Click on Send feedback.
    4. In the Describe what's happening text box, enter “**[AMC] Edge keeps freezing up. http://answers.microsoft.com/thread/9bf6767f-c0d6-4c84-a0e6-d16d8ef11174**”.
    5. Include your email address and place a checkmark on Send diagnostic data (recommended).
    6. Once completed, click on Send.

    When Edge freezes it freezes completely. Not just the offending tab but the whole app, all tabs, won't close from the close button or right click on task bar. It takes Task Manager to shut the whole thing down. I don't see forcibly closing the app and trying to find your way back to where you were as acceptable. MS needs to address this.

    I can't help but wonder with the numerous time this issue has been discussed on the MS Community site, for at least two years now -- without any apparent efforts by MS to correct the problem -- does MS even monitor or pay attention to this site's comments???

    I def.s have the latest version. Also uninstalled and reinstalled - made no difference.

    I would like to get more information.  Is it randomly freezing or freezing on a certain website?
