    Hi Kyheng -

Thanks for the reply. If this has something to do with the cache of the browser then resetting the browser back to its default settings will resolve the issue.

To reset the browsers cache on your browser, please follow the step below:

    1. Make sure that all browsers are closed. Open Microsoft Edge
    2. Click on the three small dots on the upper right corner of the browser
    3. Click on Settings
    4. On the left pane menu, click on the Reset Settings
    5. Click on Reset Settings back to their default values.
    6. Close the Browser and re-launch it.

Check if the same issue persist

    Regards,

    Kevin B.

Creating a new user makes the issue more worst, since all is clean.

As mentioned, is could be due to cache issues.

    Hi Kyheng -

Thanks for the swift response. Can we try creating a new user profile and check if the same issue appears on the new user profile?

To create new user profile, please follow the steps below

    1. Open the command prompt with elevated access (Administrator Access)
    2. Type the below command and hit enter every after command.

    net user "account name" /add

(change the "account name" to any name that you preferred)

net localgroup administrators "account name" /add

(change the "account name" with the name that you put in the first command)

    1. Close the command prompt and switch to the new user.

Check if the same issue occurs on the new user profile.

    Regards,

    Kevin B.

The best part is, I just reinstall from clean. If I never did this, you could be right, but nope, you are wrong.

Before reinstall already having such issue, after reinstall again the same. But running other browser does not has this issues. Is only Chrome and Edge.

    Hi Kyheng -

Thanks for keeping me posted. If the windows have some missing or corrupted files which actually makes the browser freezing, you can try and perform in-place repair which is repair any windows broken or corrupted files. In-place repair/upgrade or repair reinstall is a process of re-installing Windows without touching any of your applications or personal files. In this way if there's any data corruption, damaged system files or missing system files on your computer, this repair will fix or repair them.

To start we need to download an ISO file of Windows 10 and save it to your computer. Please follow the instruction on the link below to create an ISO file

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402819...

After the ISO is created, follow the instructions on the link below created by PaulSey, Microsoft Agent, on how to perform repair install on your computer.

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

This process will take some time to complete so you need to be very patient in waiting until the process completes. Once done , restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved.

    Regards,

    Kevin B.
