Edge and Chrome freezes while browsing making Windows not responsive for 1 minute follow by Windows explorer behave strangely

As title says, my Windows behave strangely every now and then. When browsing, it may freeze for a minute or so follow by making I can't open everything. If I'm lucky enough, this issue last for 2 hours, if not, I need to restart the PC. Photo below tells it all.

    Hi Kevin, I think is better you escalate this up to the developers on this matter.

    When digging the internet, it seems like only Chromium based browsers are having this issue.

    Hi, it was done using USB, fresh install due to 1 system file corrupted. 

    What I've done now is disabled CahceTask, it does help a bit.

    Thanks for keeping me posted and I do apologize if the above method didn't work. When you said that you re-install the windows, what method did you use? It is the reset option or by using a USB flash drive?

    Done, still the same, freeze for more times before stabilize again. Then every now and then give me the freeze again.
