"Add note" on new edge browser

As a Special Education teacher the add note feature was helpful to students. Is there a plan to put this feature back in

All the Web Note functions are still available through the Snip & Sketch tool and through the Window Ink Workspace Full Screen Snip tool. In fact, they might even be better than before. 

Snip & Sketch can be activated from the Start menu or by "Win Logo Key + Shift + S". This is very useful because anything snipped goes straight to the clipboard. 

For me, Windows Ink Workspace is located on the Task Bar as show below.

That is NOT fast enough to use windows Ink Workspace  or Snip & Sketch because both of them need to save as a file beforehand. The "add notes" can write what you want and simply crop the area you needed, then you can paste to anywhere. 

"add notes" is the most lovely function I loved. I am regret to update to be New Edge.

Snip & Sketch is NOT what the old Add note was capable on a browser page, which was just to scribble where you where without having to save the page. Actually my use case is to be able to highlight anything on my screen using my pen while I am sharing my screen during meetings.

I would have to AGREE with all of the other users. I am really wondering why the removal of this feature happened. I wonder if the development group actually pull from the right focus groups during the development. Making something more useful in today's society does not mean going backwards and making things harder to do than they were before. That's not the intent of what technology should do. Please bring back this very simple notes function. It was very useful when sending noted webpages without all the extra steps. Why did you remove this? I was starting to use edge more due to features such as this. For this I'll just go back to using chrome all the time. It bugs me when decisions like this are made. Stuff like this happened when Windows 8 came out removing the start menu.....How did that go? And then removing the ability to change in registry when it was officially released. So then you had to download a third party tool to bring back the ease of use.   Learn from the past before adding or removing features. Did you have to put the start menu back in Windows 10? If so, why. Oh yeah your customers complained and stomped their feet. I don't think this is a good thing. If you add cool features, then you get good feedback. If you remove cool tools, you get the opposite. Sorry for being blunt. But sometimes it's needed.

I'm so disappointed that they took out this simple, but overall the best tool. Hope they will bring it back, cause if not, then there wouldn't be any big difference between edge and chrome. And so many people will go back to chrome. Please bring it back for us!
