"Add note" on new edge browser

is there any schedule on returning "add note" function to the new Edge browser? This function was the core and unique feature of the original Edge, absent from all other competitors. It worked perfectly on my Surface Pro 4. The lack of it in the new Edge makes it ordinary and indifferent, just like Nokia/Blackberry switching to Android system.

Please make this function return again very soon. otherwise, the market share of Edge will deplete even further.

    I definitely agree on this thread hope that they get the note taking back as soon as possible. I used it quite often...

    Ok  - just started setting up some laptops for our teachers. I've been telling them about this wonderful new feature that could be a game changer in the classroom - using the Edge browser, you can mark up a web page or highlight the text while showing students a lesson. EXCEPT TODAY WHEN I UPDATED THE LAPTOPS - IT'S GONE!!!!!

    PLEASE bring it back! Way too useful - and it may actually make educators consider Edge over the Chrome browser!

    Your Saying the truth... I am a student and adding notes really helped me to keep important information handy.

    And nowIT'S ALL GONE!!

    I UNDERSTAND IT MAYBE DIFFICULT TO DO THIS BUT NOT THAT DIFFICULT!! 

    Kindly add this feature 'AGAIN'. It's not only me who is saying this, it's a request from hundreds of people!!

    I really hope you understand.
