is there any schedule on returning "add note" function to the new Edge browser? This function was the core and unique feature of the original Edge, absent from all other competitors. It worked perfectly on my Surface Pro 4. The lack of it in the new Edge makes it ordinary and indifferent, just like Nokia/Blackberry switching to Android system.
Please make this function return again very soon. otherwise, the market share of Edge will deplete even further.

I don't know Chrome, but I assume you have to use an extension to clip to OneNote. I do just the same in Edge:

I agree with you, I like the add notes function. I have no idea why it is removed.
Unfortunately, there's not option available for add classic note feature in Microsoft Edge Chromium, but in the meantime, you can create not using Collections feature.

I was just going to switch to your browser from Chrome because of how easy it was to create notes and send them to One Note. Not seeing this in a new version is a huge disappointment. Sending to one note using the snip and sketch is not user friendly and it doesn't let you choose the right notepad. ...back to chrome.
