why am i getting charged for total ad blocker and i dont know what it is

I am having to change my bank to get rid of this bunch of crooks! What sickens me most is the sugery emails they send, all sweetness and light and utterly useless! I am not very literate on the PC and at 84 years old not as quick on the uptake as I was, but I did try to get our of their clutches, but to no avail. The £!48 I have lost I could ill afford, but it is the price of a lesson learned, I do hope those who have fallen prey to this lot of "scammers" will be able to exit with less trouble than I have had. I had been with my bank for 48 years, but they could not help and we have had to part company!

Adblock just hit my paypal account for 119 UKP without any notice. Seems they have a sneaky automatic subscription agreement hidden in their Ts & Cs I did pay 19 UKP last year. But I did not agree to an amount as high as 119. I am not that stupid

They always email from a Noreply address. There is no contact link on their website.

Like Brenda, I received notice from Paypal that my autorenewal for TotalAdblocker had been processed. I immediately contacted Paypal who said there was no fraud (I paid $29 to them a year earlier) but I don't have the icon, have plenty of ads, don't have them listed as something I ever signed up for. They may be skirting the edges of your "accurate, safe information" especially since I was unable to find any way to contact them on their website. I will try the link posted for Brenda and hope it works.
