why am i getting charged for total ad blocker because i have never even seen any advertisement or anythinglike that i would like my money back.

    They always email from a Noreply address. There is no contact link on their website.

    Adblock just hit my paypal account for 119 UKP without any notice. Seems they have a sneaky automatic subscription agreement hidden in their Ts & Cs I did pay 19 UKP last year. But I did not agree to an amount as high as 119. I am not that stupid

    I am having to change my bank to get rid of this bunch of crooks! What sickens me most is the sugery emails they send, all sweetness and light and utterly useless! I am not very literate on the PC and at 84 years old not as quick on the uptake as I was, but I did try to get our of their clutches, but to no avail. The £!48 I have lost I could ill afford, but it is the price of a lesson learned, I do hope those who have fallen prey to this lot of "scammers" will be able to exit with less trouble than I have had. I had been with my bank for 48 years, but they could not help and we have had to part company!

    Hello,

    My solution has been to request refund through the mediation function in Paypal.

    Even though cancelling Total Adblock the same day, I am still waiting for refund a month later.

    Total Adblock cleverly:

    1. hides the fact that you pay for a subscription instead of a one-time payment.
    2. never cancelled the subscription with paypal even though they cancelled it on their website.
    3. tries to wear you out with e-mails, such as:

    "I'm really surprised to hear you are looking to cancel your protection with us.

    Did you know that Total Adblock...I would love to be able to get a resolution together for you, were you having a pricing or technical concern?"
