why am i getting charged for total ad blocker because i have never even seen any advertisement or anythinglike that i would like my money back.

    Terms and conditions apply... maybe that's where the problem is for you all, they might be screwing you over that? Mainly it says (for us in EU at least) that you must cancel the monthly subscription within 14 days, and the annual within 30, if you want to be eligible for a complete refund.

    So first of all you want to cancel your subscription by logging into their dashboard (within the days written above), then you must contact them to request your refund.

    Good luck. This is the second time they have randomly charged me! Still no refund for the second charge a month after I notified them.

    HORRIBLE DECEPTIVE COMPANY!!

    Like Brenda, I received notice from Paypal that my autorenewal for TotalAdblocker had been processed. I immediately contacted Paypal who said there was no fraud (I paid $29 to them a year earlier) but I don't have the icon, have plenty of ads, don't have them listed as something I ever signed up for. They may be skirting the edges of your "accurate, safe information" especially since I was unable to find any way to contact them on their website. I will try the link posted for Brenda and hope it works.
