It is not the same functionality, but I have replaced this with adding all the tabs to an Edge workspace. But still, would like to be able to add to a collection.
Still not working for me. MS Support remoted into my computer 3 times and still could not fix it. :(
It was half-baked, then they broke it and can't / won't fix it. Seems they went in a different direction called " WorkSpaces"
It is working well for me, a little kinki to wrap your head around but once figured out works pretty well. Sometimes it's hard to see the short cut to WorkSpaces. It's in the upper left-hand corner of the browser next to Picture (which belongs on the right by the way but go figure....
another fail by MS.
I found it.
With the Collection side panel open, just clik in the
" + Add actual page "
it adds the page to the open Collection.
