'Add all open tabs to collection' option is gone; when you right click on a tab it used to be at the bottom? Help?

So in summary, if I understand it....

    1. Edge has different profiles based on account type. Those being one of three

    a. Work Profile

    b. Logged out profile

    c. Personal Profile

    1. 'Add to collections' works as designed in 'Work' and 'Logged out' profiles, but in 'Personal' profile has a bug where the feature is disapearing, soon after log in.

@Eric-SE and the Microsoft team - are you able to please provide an update on if this bug is likely to be fixed soon? Any ETA, or if it is something you have descoped?

It is absurd that this is not yet fixed, no reply to this seven page long thread since the initial "we're working on it, hold on" is simply unacceptable
