Hey, everyone!

I understand that there are a lot of frustrations when clicking a link and seeing this error. This isn't an experience we want for our users. However, we also do not want a thread turning into an unconstructive conversation that does not help us investigate what is happening here. We are listening to you all and currently digging into what is happening but we continue to need more information, and encouraging users to move to another browser inhibits our ability to investigate.

    I have the same problem, using Edge, with pages not responding.  This has been going on for two days now.

    The error message is:    Error code: RESULT_CODE_HUNG     and I am given two options:  WAIT  or EXIT PAGE.

    PLEASE, Microsoft, give us some help on this!!  I have have enjoyed  using Edge until now.

    Every time I use Microsoft News, the post freezes with page not responding. I get the error code : Error code: RESULT_CODE_HUNG . This only happens in Microsoft News site

    I solved my problem.  I switched to a different email provider, soon I will be switching to another computer that doesn't screw up everything every time they do an update.

    Microsoft seems to have adopted the Home Depot model of customer support in its support communities. So many people with the same issue, no one around to help. :-(
